The territory covered by the insurance includes our legal activities within the EU member states and therefore, complies at least with the requirements of sec. 8 paragraph 4 Partnerschaftsgesellschaftsgesetz (PartGG – Partnership Act). andsec. 51 a paragraph 1 and 2 of the BRAO (BRAO – Rules and Regulations for the German Bar ).
